From: Dave Nofs . My wife and I own E-40-#1.  After a 6 month trip back to the States, we have returned to her. While a yard worker was painting the bottom, he asked us to turn the rudder. Therein lays the problem.  It was stuck hard. Although we eventually got it to move, it not easy.  21 years ago we had the rudder dropped and serviced. At that time,I was working and didn't get to see what it entailed,  The rudder IS LOOSE. It has moved downward about 2". It has not and really doesn't want to go any farther.  ..........we have soaked it with muratic acid, PB Blaster, and Marvel Mystery oil.  The workers have pounded on it and shaken on it to where  it feels like they are going  to shake it of the stands.  Does anyone have  any experience or suggestions. Thanks in Advance  Dave Nofs
