Cutless bearing E32Hello All,I am scheduled to haul my E32 this thursday and plan on pulling the shaft and replacing the bellows and stuffing box with a dripless seal. I have no information on the cutless bearing and would like to have a new one "in hand" before I start this project, as long as I'm down there I am consdering replacing the shaft coupler. If anyone has any information i.e. part numbers, sizes, suppliers of these parts the information would be greatly appreciated. e-mail dougfields@comcast.net Further, I am in the process of scanning my 2QM20 factory repair manual to a PDF format and would be glad to e-mail a protion of it or the entire thing to anyone that could use it. prop shaft etcLet us know how it goes. I have a dripless seal at least 4 years old (prior owner). Works fine. New Volvo going in this week, 3 cyl 28hp. keeping existing shaft & seal for now. not sure about the prop.russell dunn e-32 Invicta 1978 CGSC |
