Ahoy guys and girls.Hi there. Name is bob. Live in Corpus Christi texas. Just became the owner of a endeavour 40 "Sarah Claire" Wanted to say hi The boat is in need of a lot of TLC as well as retoration work. And I intend to do it over the next 5-7 years. I intend to retire in 12, and this girl needs to be better than new by then. (if she stays in the family of course.)
I will have a site going soon chronicling this adventure.
We are a family of 4, and while I was going to wait til closer to retirement to do this, I just had to have my kids expirence this before they grow up and move off.
I have many questions. Will be a frequent poster. I also registered at the Endeavour Sailboat owners forum, but that seems inactive now.
Thanks in advance for any help and encouragement, and if I can be of any help, I will.
Bob.

Bob,
The Endeavour Owners Forum is alive and well. We set up this discussion board to take the load off of us having to manually maintain all the discussions. Welcome!

Thanks Paul.
One of the reasons we decided on the endeavour over several other boats we were looking at (choylee pedrick 41 and a tartan 3 was the active owner group I saw here and the owner site. Its good to know someone else has been there done that.
Thanks.
Bob
