I am a broker in Florida who owns a 35' and has a client who really wants one.  I have shown him one recently and it was in unsatisfactory condition to consider purchase.  If you have a 35' in Florida,  in good condition, little deck cracking, reasonable hours on the engine, exterior teak in reasonable condition, cabin sole in reasonable conditition with no water damage, no water damage on the teak under the ports, no bad smells; then we would be interested.
He is a serious buyer and I know the E-35's very well...so I can probably make this work.  Let me know if I can be of service.
