I am about to redo the teak again and it would look better if I could pull the stanchions up, but does anyone know if they are thrubolted?
I've yet to be able to determine and if they are I expect a major project-just like the time I was working on a Beneteau where the stanchions were not only thrubolted, but then fiberglassed from below atop of the screws-proved impossible to remove except by cutting them all off.

My E43 stanchions are secured with lag bolts - no thru-bolted screws.
